Tier – I: –

  • Mode of Exam: – Tier – 1 will be in the CBT Mode.
  • The medium of Exam: – Exam will be conducted in two languages (English & Hindi).
  • Duration of Exam: – Duration of Exam will be 1 hours.
  • No. Of Questions: – 100 MCQs(Multiple Choice Questions) will be there for the exam.
  • Marking Scheme: – For every correct answer, candidates will carry 2 marks.

SSC CGL Tier – II Exam Pattern: –

This is the official exam pattern. So the candidates should follow the details of the pattern.

  • Mode of Exam: – Tier – II will take place in CBT Mode.
  • The medium of Exam: – Exam will be conducted in two languages (English & Hindi).
  • Duration of Exam: – Duration of Exam will be 2 hours.
  • No. Of Questions: – 100 MCQs(Multiple Choice Questions) for Quantitative Abilities, Statistics and General Studies (Finance & Economics) and 200 MCQs(Multiple Choice Questions) for English Language & Comprehension will be mentioned in the exam.
  • Marking Scheme: – For every correct answer, candidates will carry 2 marks.
  • Negative Marking: – For a wrong answer 0.50 mark will be deducted for Quantitative Abilities, Statistics and General Studies (Finance & Economics) and for English Language & Comprehension 0.25 mark will be deducted.

SSC CGL Tier – III Exam Pattern: –

  • Mode of Exam: – Tier – III is Pen & Paper Mode.
  • The medium of Exam: – Exam will be conducted in two languages (English & Hindi).
  • Duration of Exam: – Duration of Exam will be 1 hours.For VH Candidates who are suffering from Cerebral Palsy is 80 minutes.

SSC CGL 2018 Skill Test

Tier IV is a skill test. Candidates will have to clear this test to get the final selection for the various posts through the SSC CGL recruitment program. It will include Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). This test will decide the final selection of the candidates at the various posts available through SSC CGL program. Tier – IV is skill test. In this test, they will check your typing speed and computer knowledge.For the preparation of Tier – IV you have to make your good command on the computer and regular practice of typing so for the Tier – IV you can prepare yourself with the preparation of Tier – I. SSC CGL 2018 Admit Card: –

Admit card will be available from the official website. The  Admit card for Tier – I will be uploaded in the month of July 2018 and for the Tier – II will be uploaded in the month of November 2018. candidates can download the admit from the official website: http://ssc.nic.in/. It is Compulsory to download the admit card because on the admit card all the necessary information are available like Name, Date of Birth, Registration No. etc, If you will not bring the admit card then you will not get the entry in the examination hall.

Candidates have to bring two passport size photo and ID proof along with Admit card. Without the photo and admit card you can’t enter in the examination centre. If someone gets the entry without admit card and Invigilator find you without admit card then he/she can disqualify you for the exam and make a case against you so it is necessary to bring all the necessary documents with admit card in the examination hall.

SSC CGL 2018 Result: –

The result of Tier – I exam will be available from the official website. It will be upload in the month of Sep. 2018. After uploading the result, Candidates can download the result from the official website. Those candidates will clear Tier – I then they will appear for Tier – II. The Result of Tier – II will be uploaded on the official website in the month of December 2018 and then those candidates will clear the tier – II they will proceed to Tier – III. When you will get the result, it is must to take the print out of result because the examiner can check the result of the previous exam in the examination hall. After the final result, you have to wait for merit list. If will qualify all the tiers then you will get your Central job.
