Calculation of Net Salary: –
Net salary is calculated on the basis of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), Travelling Allowance,(TA), House Rent Allowance(HRA), Government Provident Fund etc. Travelling Allowance & House Rent Allowance depends on the cities. They have divided 3 categories for cities “X” “Y” and “Z”. For “X” cities HRA is 24%, For “Y” cities 16% and For “Z” is 8%. Travelling Allowance for “X” cities is Rs.3600/- and for “Y” & “Z” cities is Rs.1800/-
